Early October a distressed kitten was found by Moonglade Rose, an animal rescuer in need of medical attention. His name is Opie. Moonglade came home with the kitten and she was worry about her cat Andy would react. As soon as Andy heard the voice of Opie, he came running.
Andy started grooming the new kitten as if he was trying to comfort him and welcome him home and protect him like a protective brother. Andy completely surprised his humans with how much he adores the little guy.
Just like Opie, Andy was rescused at a gas station. Before Opie’s arrival, Andy’d been snuggling with Moonglade Rose almost constantly. But when he met Opie, he gave the kitten lots of love and has been teaching him about the litter box, how to hunt and play, but mostly how to cuddle. He won’t leave his little brother out of eyeshot, he always show love with Opie
The two are closer than ever. They are happy boys.

The new kitty- Opie
Andy welcomed him immediately and wouldn’t stop hugging him and kissing him
He took Opie under his wing, and the two instantly bonded.
“Opie seems to trust me and keeps falling asleep on me. Little guy fits in my hand. And Andy absolutely loves him.”
Andy was never far from the kitten
“Andy gives his brother lots of love and has been teaching him about the litter box, how to land on his feet, how to hunt and play, but mostly how to cuddle.”
They are completely inseparable.
